- Benchmark the best talent acquisition practices of industry and be among the leaders.
- MBA from a Premier B-school with 3-10 years of experience preferably in the IT industry.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Sound knowledge of various HRD sub systems and Organizational Development Interventions.
