Job Responsibilities :
- The incumbent in the role will lead the Talent Acquisition efforts and programs - strategize, budget on the recruitment portfolio across all levels & positions- focusing more on Social Media Hiring, Campus, lateral & leadership hiring.
- The incumbent in the role will act as an advisor to our stakeholders across business and HR on Staffing activities.
- He/She will set strategic direction for the function and bring in great execution skills to deliver value to the business.
Candidate Requirement :
- 10+ years of experience with experience in handling end to end talent acquisition with good experience in hiring for Safety roles.
- MBA/MSW - HR, full time with exposure in working for Organizations in the Risk Consulting, Chemicals, Process Industry space
