Assistant Manager/Manager - Supply Planning

The purpose for this position is to ensure that the Supply Network process is completed as per the schedule by ensuring the involvement of the Factory Planning.

The position's responsibility is to Reduction in stock outs and improved availability. Also he/ she will have to focus on reduction LOS through improved availability through timely production.

Production Planning :

1. Implementation of Business Plan into Production Plan.

2. Communicating block, monthly plan to production centers.

3. Co-ordinate with R&D dept for new formulations & send the same to Production Centers.

4. Review the production plan with Plant Planners.

5. Interaction with Production team, Sales Team and Purchase team to align with business requirement and delivery issues.

6. Capacity planning - Short term and long term.

7. Co-ordination with purchase team for availability of RM/PM.
