Min. essentials :

- Experience in strategy design, Business planning, market entry strategy, innovation, ease of doing business etc.

- Experience in preparation of DPR, Financial modelling, due diligence

- Strong problem solving and logical thinking ability

- Should have experience of leading teams and handling clients independently

- Prior experience in strategy consulting firm / economic development advisory / Strategy function of an organization is desirable

- Strong experience of at least one sector is desirable

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Masters in Economics / MBA

Work Location : Bengaluru

Roles and responsibility :

The candidate will work on engagements with clients, be responsible for project delivery. The candidate is mostly expected to work on consulting engagements with the private sector (with occasional work with the public sector) focused on strategy, innovation etc.

The candidate is also expected to focus on thought leadership, knowledge creation as part of the role. Since we are a new age firm, we encourage people to take up added responsibilities and multi-task, which also enables them to grow.
