Assistant Manager/Manager - Strategic Hiring
A. Key Accountabilities
- This position is responsible for understanding the hiring mandate from Business Stakeholders and Working on cross functional roles for internal requirements, including all levels (junior/mid/senior) for the organization, across all function (Tech & Non Tech) and includes hiring for Onsite teams
Responsibilities :
- Communicate with business stakeholders to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organizational goals
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
- Knowledge about managing end to end recruitment process at the leadership level
- Create unique and robust search strategies to identify and attract the best and brightest talent
- Maintain confidentiality of the information and should have good decision-making skills
- Work with the Co-Founders directly to define an optimal hiring process for each requirement
- Gain market intelligence by talent mapping and performing competitor analysis
- Build out talent networks and tap knowledgeable industry sources to develop an on-going pool of candidates
- Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates and perform reference checks
- Partner with co-founders, hiring managers and other stakeholders to determine final decisions on candidate hiring; make recommendations on appropriate hire
- Maintain accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process on the ATS
B. Qualification / Experience :
Qualification : Post-Graduation (Full time/Part Time/Executive MBA)
Experience (Years) : 3 to 6 years
Preferred Experience (Post MBA) : Prior TA experience with Recruitment firm or Organizational Talent Acquisition team
