Assistant Manager/Manager - Statistical Modeling/Analysis - BFSI

Key Requirement:

- Excellent experience in statistical modeling

- Excellent knowledge of various statistical techniques and proven skill in statistical modeling (Regression, Logistic Regression, Time series, Clustering, CHAID/Classification trees Etc.)

- Proficiency in SAS, Mini Tab and other statistical analysis tools

- Master's Degree in Statistics / Mathematics / Operations Research / Econometrics

- Excellent verbal and written communication.

- Comfortable working and interacting with senior client stakeholders

- Good team player & Project management skills

- Analytical mindset with logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities

Key Accountabilities:

- Supporting the team's project deliverable with statistical expertise

- Understand business problems thoroughly and develop a statistical solution

- Converting the statistical solution into the business solution and communicating the same to the business stakeholders

- Independently handling all statistical projects with minimal supervision

- Contribute towards building thought leadership in the Pricing domain

Knowledge Preferred:

- Strong analytical abilities with proven skills in statistical modeling, preferably in Pricing domain

- Good knowledge of SQL and Access

- Managing a large volume of data and developing meaningful insights from the required data analysis
