What We Need?
- Solid 6+ years of experience in Talent acquisition - specific to have solid extensive experience in sourcing for SAP hiring.
- Building sourcing strategies, inventing unconventional ways of sourcing
- Should have experience in volume hiring.
- Strong exposure in managing the entire sourcing function to deliver & meet hiring demands.
- Experience in CV supply management, demand allocation, and channel mix.
- Good Knowledge of Market intel.
Role:
- The role holder will be responsible for managing the entire gamut of sourcing channels for SAP hiring practice.
- Develop & execute sourcing strategies to attract SAP professionals.
- Craft job postings & advertise roles through various channels.
- Identify, engage & build relationships with passive candidates.
- Collaborate with Recruiters/delivery team.
- Headhunt candidates via different unconventional methods.
- Extensively maintain a high pipeline of candidates for current & future demands. Stay abreast of industry trends & practices.
- Promoting a diverse & inclusive hiring culture in line with the company
- Mentoring/Managing the team of sourcers to meet deliveries.
