Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager - Technical Recruitment

Job Description :

The opportunity is associated with a prestigious name in VC (Venture Capital) industry . They are looking for a Talent Acquisition resource to handle their portfolio with partners' group to take care of Elite Leadership/middle/Senior positions .

- Should be a career oriented & willing to pursue career in TA .

- Should be hardworking & open for 6 days working culture.

- Should be intelligent and excellent communication

- Down to earth, good team player.

- 4 - 6 years of experience

- Preferably should be from Mumbai/Bangalore itself .

- Key role will be Talent acquisition for the portfolio companies and the investments team.

- Roles to be closed by self and a combination of using search partners/vendors

- Has to be a good team player

- Reporting into : VP Talent Acquisition. In total it is a 3 member team as of now and we intend it to take it to 5.
