Job Description :
Key Responsibility Areas
Training Needs Identification :
- Provide inputs towards identification of methodology for TNI
- Assist in data collection for TNI
- Create L&D Strategies and Training Plan based on the TNI.
Content Development :
- Understand training topic/s assigned and create content:
- Update existing modules on regular/need basis
- Finalize manuscript post team leader review
- Conduct dry-run/pilot of training module with internal teams in order to identify shortcomings/gaps
- Incorporate changes in content and get finalized content approved
- Preparing Instruction led Training Module following ADDIE model
- Preparing Technology based L&D content following the MWL concepts.
Training - Preparation & Execution :
- Support the process of venue finalization
- Own the process of production of training material - Liaise with supply chain and vendors to prepare and procure training material
- Prepare for and conduct training session as per agenda
- Collect session-related feedback from participants in order to ensure understanding, clarify doubts and determine trainer effectiveness
- Provide feedback/ developmental reports for each participant
- Ensure feedback forms (trainer effectiveness) are filled out by participants post completion of session.
Post-training analysis :
- Share participant feedback reports with BU head/ supervisor
- Collate feedback from training and analyse data in order to evaluate trainer effectiveness - Data analytics
- Revisit initial data-points (studied during TNI) and track changes/improvements in order to evaluate training effectiveness in meeting set objectives.
Individual and Business - Learning & Improvement :
- Ensure personal adherence to work norms
- Attend all mandatory trainings
- Take initiatives for self-development and update self on changes in own area of work
- Take initiative to train team/new-joiners with select processes (basis expertise)
- Suggest process improvements in own area of work
