Job Description :-
The incumbent will be collaborating with business to execute global people strategy and business specific HR initiatives. The initiatives will include:
- Partnering with business for Talent Assessment and facilitate Career Management.
- Evaluate manpower requirements to meet business projections; in order to exercise budgetary control and ensure availability of required manpower resources.
- Partner with business in climate surveys/employee polls and contribute to analyse the results and drive initiatives based on the findings.
- Facilitate and strengthen various employee engagement initiatives like fun committee, events and town halls .
- Facilitate the performance management and development process.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition data and develop strategies to manage and reduce attrition.
- Communication and implementation of HR policies and program in the LOB.
- Partnering with HRSD in achieving efficient HR operations management for all the employee's across business.
- Plan and execute performance appraisal process and collaborate with business to ensure timely completion of merit cycle.
- Deal with the employees located at various international locations.
