Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager - Consolidation/GAAP - BFS

Key Skills required :

- Sound and thorough knowledge of USGAAP and IFRS standards along with GAAP differences

- Knowledge of drafting Form 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K, respectively, in the EDGAR format

- Understanding of SEC filing requirements

- Consolidation - Preparation of quarterly/yearly USGAAP and IFRS consol financial

- Excellent MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills

- Knowledge on how to operate basic SAP

Job Description :

- Preparation of draft USGAAP Form 10-Q, 10-K and 8-K for SEC filing along with risk control matrix

- EDGAR and XBRL tagging review and resolutions of comments for SEC filing

- Preparation of earning release scripts

- Consolidation - Preparation of quarterly/yearly USGAAP and IFRS consol financial

- Dealing with auditors to get the accounts audited as per USGAAP and IFRS

- Prepare Notes to Accounts - e.g. Related party, Segment, lease, Revenue, Risk Factors etc.

- Review of standalone US-GAAP packs and their analysis /schedules.

- Balance sheet and profit & loss analysis compare with previous period financial

- Reconciliation of balances as per Consolidated accounts and Management Information System

- Preparation of PowerPoint presentation for presenting Top management with a quarterly update
