Role : Assistant Manager / Manager - Sales Support
Location : Gurgaon
- Minimum 2 years of Business-to-Business Client Acquisition or Sales Back-office management Experience
- Should have extensive experience in all or most of the following Sales activities
Developing and managing prospect lists
Managing outbound B2B tele-marketing activities
Managing incoming B2B and B2C sales leads
Building solutions, proposals and responding to RFPs
Client Contract Management
Sales Record-keeping
Renewals and Lost Client Management
- Managing all of the following Sales Back-office activities
All Sales MIS and reporting
Managing the CRM Application and keeping it up-to-date through close liaison with front-end Sales teams
- Train Sales teams (both back-office and client facing) on Sales processes and applications
- Preparing regular competitor dossiers after gathering information via Sales team or other independent sources and presenting it to the management team regularly
- Secondary Responsibilities shall include
Liaison with clients from time to time in order to assess the quality of our services and increase the size of our share of client business
Upsell other products and services to existing or new clients
Support Client Servicing teams in case there is specific help required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good MS Power-Point and MS-Excel skills
- Willing to work in a high pressure target-oriented sales setup
- Should be flexible to move across products or handle multiple products
