Designation : Asst Manager / Manager - Sales

Location : Bangalore

Years of Experience : 2-8 years

Required Skills :

- Relevant Experience of 2-8 years in Residential Real Estate is a must.

- Proven Track record with a reputed Residential developer/Brokerage house is desirable.

- Prior experience in marketing premium consumer brands value adds.

- Be methodical and well organized, with a high degree of accuracy

- Have an excellent command of written and spoken English with good presentational skills

- Have good interpersonal and negotiating skills.

- Positive attitude, process oriente fled and alsoxible in area of work.

- Exemplary ability to communicate clearly, logically and concisely.

Job Profile :

- Sales of Residential Units.

- Product understanding and devising the strategy and segment to sell.

- Management of Broker and Channel partner Sales

- Seeking out and introducing buyers

- Offering consultative advice on current market conditions

- Good Negotiation Skills.

- Driving Sales Targets.

- Engage and participate in International road shows and Investors' meet.

- Maintain a well groomed and business like appearance

- Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.
