CTC : 20 Lacs (depending on experience)
Job Summary :
- The person will be responsible in his/her individual capacity to activate India market for the group.
- Generate revenue through India through various channels like-Agencies/References/Events/Investor meets/ corporate activation
Major Tasks & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for achieving individual sales revenue through various channels across India
- Responsible for activating agencies, corporates and specific business driven markets across India to drive business
- Participate and organise various events, exhibitions and investor meetings to generate revenue
- Create good brand image and relationship with all the stakeholders
- Determine clients- needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties- value
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
Educational Qualifications - MBA from a reputable university or equivalent
Experience - 2-10 years
