Job Title: Assistant Manager/ Manager - Sales - PNS ( Direct Sales Hunting)

Experience Level: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, max 12 yrs. experience

From EPABX industry

Location: Mumbai (Based location will be Mumbai but the candidate must be willing to travel extensively for ensuring coverage)

Educational Requirements

Must Have Any relevant degree

Preference B.E

Age less than 33 years

Specialization if any Strong experience in Sales in EPABX domain. Min 5 years

Good understanding on Enterprise Infrastructure includes Enterprise Voice Communications, Unified Communications, Call Center, and Video Conferencing Solutions.

Brief of role and responsibilities :

- Direct sales, Hunting for accounts in the region and looking for the opportunities for up selling in the accounts for EPABX

- Decision making based on the type of customer and their requirements

- Attend customers meetings to understand the requirements and help in proposing better solution to clients.

- Focuses and directly involve in larger deals/opportunities and selling a range of EPABX Solutions in Enterprise and Govt. accounts

- Regular interaction with the SI/ISP/ Service Providers for lead generation and joint sales in their requirements.

- Focus on funnel development for Major account, Cases follow-ups on regular basis with direct clients

Must Have Skills/Knowledge: EPABX Sales, Account hunting & mapping, Target oriented

Preferred Skills/Knowledge:

- Having in depth knowledge on EPABX and Unified communication services

- Ability to articulate and evangelize the vision and positioning of both the company and its offerings and secure long-term commitments.

- Established relationships and contacts at executive level will be an advantage

- Ability to develop accurate business plans with revenue and P&L elements.
