- Maintaining Relationships With Existing Suppliers And Sourcing New Suppliers For New Brands

- Participating In Promotional Activities / Deals

- Mapping Competition And Correcting Prices Maintaining Required Bottom Line

- Negotiating Deals And Space On The Marketplace Model For New Launches/ Exclusive Deals With Amazon / Flipkart

- Ensuring Achieving Of Targets On Monthly Basis

Coordinator :

- Creating listing and shipping format for all new products

- Ensuring the existing product online is listed properly with correct data and images

- Ensuring the inventory shipped to Amazon / Flipkart warehouse is live and is selling at correct price

- Mapping competition prices with our SP and making changes on the portal based on Business Planners decision

- Working in coordination with the Business planner to achieve business objectives

- Creating SAP formats for new articles and sending details for PO creation

- Maintaining data on past history and daily / monthly sales for other competitiors

- Ensuring the seller rating is stable and taking prompt actions in adressing all consumer complaints or queries

- Downloading all reports from portals (like inventory / sales) on daily and monthly basis and maintaing MIS to track sales and margin product-wise

Supply Chain :

- Ensuring all stocks received at our warehouse is shipped to the respective warehouses of Amazon / Flipkart

- Ensuring all the labelling and shipping formalities as required for selling in the marketplace are always met

- Maintaining account of all sales return / retrun from marketplace to our warehouse

- Keeping a record of all charges in case of return

- Maintaining healthy business relations at the Amazon / Flipkart warehouses to ensure smooth transactions in case of exigency

- Maintaining Amazon Charges on every transaction and basis calculating the net margin
