Job Title: Assistant Manager/Manager- Robotics (Shared Service Center)
Purpose of Job: Translates the customer or business needs into automation projects within his/her scope of responsibilities. Defines and maintains global reporting dashboard on status of the robotics projects. Drives Robotics projects by applying the UI Path and any other VBA tools either by leading projects self or by mentoring other operational SSC (Shared Service Centre) colleagues. Provides support to Head SM in developing the roadmap for the year plan.
Responsibilities:
Project Management
Plan and prepare GBS Robotics projects.
Run projects, monitor projects' progress and manage resources (incl. change management/ risk mitigation)
Report status and prepare cost/benefits tracking.
Induce corrective measures insuring project success when applicable.
Maintain and improve Standards and Procedures
Ensure adherence to internal and external guidelines as well as to a standardized process landscape
Implement/ run continuous improvement/ quality assurance in the area of standards and procedures
Project Portfolio Management
Manage an overview various project and resource plans
Manage logs for risks, issues and integration items
Updates all project information on SharePoint
GBS Robotics
Align on one common solution in case of conflicting requirements
Review, maintain and prioritize Change Request pipeline for implementation within approved budget
Execute efficient communication towards stakeholders
Review & sign-off design documents
Escalate and execute efficient status on robotics project
Driving identification, prioritization and implementation of robotics projects
Identify and bring transparency on bottlenecks and bugs related to processes
Prepare and present special session (E.g. MC) related to the processes
Stakeholder Management, prepare statement of work, effort estimates
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum: 3-4 year graduate degree in accounting or related field
Desirable: Master degree in Finance / Accounting or MBA
Skill Sets:
Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint, Ms Visio, Ms Access
VBA, SQL, MS Access, C, C++
Database Environments - SQL, MS Access, SAP R3
Analytical Tools- MS Access, Business Objects
Business Experience
2+ years in project management role
Work experience with Lean Sigma approach
Good understanding of business processes (OTC, STP, RTR)
Work experience within shared services center environment.
Additional Requirements:
English: Fluent written and spoken,
Proficiency knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Access)
Occasional overtime and weekend / public holiday work may be required during peak periods or to accommodate business requirements in GBS countries
