Looking for:
- MBA in Finance with 5+ years of experience in conducting business and financial research
- Atleast 2 years of experience in managing senior client stakeholders and junior team members
- Exposure to UK real estate industry will be preferred
- Willingness to work in the 12-9 PM shift as and when needed
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of proficiency in MS-Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Independently scope and structure requests related to due diligence, pitch book preparation, financial analysis, covenant analysis, asset profiling, location analysis and industry research
- Leverage multiple public and private sources (including premium Real Estate databases) to arrive at an optimal research strategy within a short turn-around time
- Use sophisticated tools/frameworks to support complex analysis and generate targeted conclusions that are supported by rich and relevant examples
- Lead junior resources to deliver on client requests which includes helping team understand project specifications, overseeing deliverable preparation and communicating with the client extensively
- Actively partner with the Account Lead to increase overall efficiency of the team
- Participate in firm-level responsibilities such as knowledge management, training, recruitment & selection and proposal development
