Assistant Manager/Manager - Recruitment - Telecom

We have the opening for 'Manager Recruitment' for Bangalore location for a Reputed IT company.

- Candidate should have experience of hiring IT product Engineering services

- Having the experience in Telecom or Datacom hiring.

Desired Skills:

- Should have hired for Datacom, telecom, storage, wifi, NMS and IT skills

- Should have hired candidates for staff augmentation requirements and in house ODC requirements

- Should be interested in continuing with the same model

- Should have lead a team of 5 to 10 members

- Should have excellent communication skills and articulate well

- Should have hired at least 150 resources year on year.

- Experience in conflict management, escalation management, customer interaction, vendor interaction
