MBA with Min 4+ Years of experience in Bulk Hiring

CTC- 8 - 12 Lacs {Max}

Office Timing: 6 Days working (9 AM to 8:30 PM)

JD:

- Have exposure in Volume Hiring, Bulk Hiring.

- Can do Vendor Management.

- Have experience in Talent Acquisition

- Front line Recruitment through system Planning Drives, Selection of candidates, inspecting the Docs, issuing the Appointment letter & generating the Employee code.

- Formulate the recruitment plan for the month/year and ensure implementation of the same Identify source mix for positions across the India Oversee all recruitment initiatives at branches Formulate & ensure implementation of campus recruitment plan Formulation of the Manpower Plan across the organization in consultation with the Functional heads Review the performance weekly to achieve the desired manpower for the month.

- Tapping the performance of the recruiter across branches to ensure their productivity.

- Ensure 90% closure of position shared by respective platform
