Hard skills: Need to have
- Create and manage detailed project plan using tools & processes.
- Ability to manage smaller team and deliver multiple projects at the same time
- Thorough with change management and post go-live support processes
- Proficient in use of [MS / Google ] excel PowerPoint & word tools.
- Manage & resolve conflict within team & business.
- Track critical paths defined in the project plan and escalate at the right time.
- Ensure quality control and risk mitigations at all stages of the project
Hard skills: good to have
- PMP Certification.
- Active participation in solution and design conversation
- Ability to chart out release plan and maintain deployment checklist
Soft skills: need to have
- Effective written and oral communication.
- Inspire and motivate the team to perform at their best.
- Professional maturity to give and receive feedback.
- Supports team members in meeting their commitments.
- Good presentation skills to run governance and steering committee meetings
- Excellent listening skills with sharp acumen to replay or summarize conversations especially when a client is involved

- Must have experience in building multiple kitchen or eateries
- Capability to conduct weekly governance calls with the stakeholders to communicate the progress of the projects
- Capability to manage internal conflicts with respect to people availability, work timings etc
- Experienced in Identifying the changes in scope and facilitated initiation and closure of change requests
- Facilitated solution conversation between the technical and functional team
- Helped define templates for customer communication & weekly status report
