Project Management- Retail

- Deliver the budgeted number of Stores with superior retail experience through implementation of Retail Identity,

- To ensure completion of the project within timeline & the approximate carpet area of each store is 2000 to 8000 Sft which involves fixed interiors, fixtures, Electricity, HVAC, Fire Extinguisher, preparing BOQ, checking measurements, Preparing purchase orders using SAP & Each Project should be completed.

- Relevant experience/exposure/Qualification-Civil engineer with experience in setting up of offline retail stores (Lifestyle/Max/Central/Brand Factory or similar offline retail chain stores).

- Knowledge of Auto CAD & SAP.

- Good communication (both speaking and writing) skills- he needs to interact with external partners
