Location : Delhi

About Employer : An MNC in the Wind Energy sector

Key responsibilities :

- Lead and coordinate project development activities for renewable energy sites.

- Oversee the pre-development phase, including monitoring progress and providing regular updates to management.

- Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional departments such as site identification, resource assessment, acquisition, procurement, legal, compliance, and others.

- Provide management with regular updates on changes in renewable energy policies, constraints, and necessary approvals (e.g., AAI, MOD, GIB).

- Preferred experience in land acquisition, securing project connectivity, and project management.

- Assist the Business Development team in creating pipeline strategies and development roadmaps.

- Prepare proposals for management approvals related to project configurations.

- Engage with regulatory agencies like MNRE, SECI, NTPC, PGCIL, CEA, CERC, and SERC on a regular basis.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 5 years in Renewable Energy Project Development.

- Educational qualification - B.E / B.Tech, MBA (preferred).

- In-depth knowledge of renewable energy technologies and project development processes.

- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate teamwork across different departments.
