AM/Manager - Product Analytics

Client is looking for Assistant Manager/Manager - Product/Digital Analytics.
This role will sit on the Corporate Analytics team under IT, and will partner closely with key stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Client Services, and Sales to deliver analytics instrumentation solutions that enable the business to track key user behavior performance metrics.

The successful candidate will also exhibit a desire and ability to learn Client's products, processes, and internalsystems.
What you will be doing:
- Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)/Functional Consultant on Digital and Product analytics
- Collaborate on implementation/instrumentation of Adobe Analytics & Product analytics platforms (Pendo, Amplitude, MixPanel, CleverTap etc.) for new products/microsites/websites.
- Experience in collaborating with development teams for the roll out and ongoing management of Adobe Launch as a global tag management system on Marketing webpages and core Product enhancement and technology integrations.
- Strong understanding of user journey measurement across devices, channels, and platforms.
- Hands-on experience as an Administrator for key digital and product analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, Pendo, GainSight or equivalent platforms.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to understand their business requirements and articulate those into project delivery. Also, work closely with BI and Data Warehousing teams to create a solid foundation for data access and delivery.
- Obsess about data accuracy and digital taxonomy (events) to ensure accurate data is flowing into reports and dashboards, as this would be the basis for you to build yourrecommendations.
- Effective project management of complex analytics projects and builds, including adequate resourcing, adherence to timelines and budgets, and quality of final deliverables.
- Lead the team with an external perspective of Digital and Product Analytics to introduce new tools & evaluation metrics and refine continuous improvement process.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Engineers, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive user strategy, collect feedback, feature usage, and technical solutions to improve experience and our outreach.
What you will need for this position:
- 8+ Years of Digital and/or Product Analytics experience in a SAAS company with preference to knowledge of web and product data analysis tools (Adobe Analytics, Pendo, Mixpanel, etc.)
- Significant experience interfacing and communicating with senior leadership and peers with the ability to present ideas and strategic recommendations in a powerful and compellingway
- Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problemsolving
- Knowledge of Adobe Launch with key focus around Tag implementation specific to Product and Martech integration
- Construct presentations with complex analytical findings, and deliver a finished product that's clear, concise, "digestible" and focused on the key drivers for key stakeholders.
- Strong time management, marketing, and communication planning skills.
- Experience working for a US based startup would be an added bonus.
