Mapping key stakeholders, securing buy-in and support, building relationships and agreement.
Operating as an advocate of Procurement, selling the benefits and raising the profile of sourcing.
Delivering commercial value through leveraging spends, developing and implementing robust sourcing strategies.
Driving innovation and challenging historic principles and practices.
Managing the following categories - HR (Recruitment consultant), Training, Marketing, Off sites, Media, Conferences, events spend.
Procurement strategic sourcing, Indirect purchasing, Stakeholder Engagement, Supplier Relationship Management and Negotiation skills.
Ideally MCIPS and/or Degree qualified.
REQUIREMENT:

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
Minimum 5 years of experience for Assistant Manager and minimum 8+ years of experience for Manager in Administration Procurement.
Experience in strategic sourcing and negation skills.
Proficient in PC applications to include: MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
Excellent communication skills.
