Job details
- Over all administration of Personnel Dept functions in the plant.
- Plan and prepare for litigation / court cases with company advocates and court authorities.
- Plan and coordinate domestic enquiries with Enquiry officers.
- Coordinate completion of legal proceeding / returns / formalities in consultation with various Government offices / authorities and maintain cordial relations with them.
- Plan and coordinate various meetings / discussions with Union Representatives, Departments and local Management to maintain cordial relations.
- Guide subordinates on critical issues and get the work done from them effectively.
- Complete the legal formalities related to Safety, PF, and Gratuity etc.
- Plan / initiate and implement activities related to Welfare, sports and culture in the plant.
- Coordinate and monitor Time keeping related activities in the plant in consultation with various departments / functions.
- Well acquaintance with CLMS ( Contract Labour Management System ) & Legal compliance monitoring.
- Dealing with Service providers for Legal compliances & auditing of the same.
- Well acquaintance with concepts like "Factory in Factory" etc.
- Should have sound knowledge of all related Labour Laws and Industrial Acts applicable to any organization, including contract labour engagement.
- Should have innovative approach towards wage settlements, productivity improvement etc.
- Should know the process to be followed for domestic enquiries, misconduct / show causes, suspension / termination etc.
- Should know the procedure to be followed for engaging contract labours.
- Should know the software systems relevant to Personnel functions / pay roll / time keeping etc.
- Should possess good leadership qualities, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
- Should possess good personal computer skills
Highest Qualification: MBA/PGDM with LLB
