Experience:
- 10 Years experience of working in a high energy Service sector, experience In a consulting firm may be a added advantage.
- Experience of handling at least a head count of 8,000 to 10,000 employees (not blue collar).
- Client payroll and Transition specialist having experience of transitioning at least 2 major payroll of approx. 5000 employees each.
Qualification : Chartered Accountant /Cost Accountant,(deserving Semi qualified CA, Cost accountant ) may also be considered.
The JD is as below:
- The job involves supervising a team of 20 - 25 team members and 15000 + employee head count and manging payroll and compliances of 12 entities of the company and 5 entities of client.
- Willing to work on stretch timelines and giving the extra mile .Team player, should be having a experience of managing at least 10 - 15 member team
Management Reporting : To analyze and prepare reports for the management and suggest changes where required.
Stake holder Management : Should be able to effectively be able to do stake holder management ranging from Management, Finance, HR, Admin, etc.
Payroll Management & Payroll accounting :
- Ensuring end to end payroll processing, Database integration & Data management .
- Quarterly and annual return, issuance of form 16 to employees.
- Managing expenses and unclaimed amounts.,
- Analyse the claim patterns and suggest for changes in the compensation structuring and manage year end structuring
- Experience in payroll accounting and Reconciliation of Statutory liabilities
Compliances : Well versed with India Compliances with respect to Payroll, PF,PT,LWF and other labour compliances
Provident Fund : To continuously liase with HR/PF consultant to ensure all PF related compliances and employee support is maintained.
Trust Management : Should have a experience in creating and managing Super annuation, gratuity trusts.
Car Lease and House Lease Management :
- Should have a experience in managing Operating car lease and House lease Management
- Negotiating with car lease vendor for new vendor enrolment and existing both for commercial and legal agreement.
Accounting : Monitoring employee recoverable, including ledger reconciliations
Expense Management : Supervising a team of 4 team members for Employee expense reimbursement. Having a eagle eye for identifying process gaps and continuously redefining SOP for changes.
Audits : Experience in handling multiple audits, including internal, Statutory audits, Global Internal audits including stake holder management .
Actuarial valuation support : To provide the data to the actuaries on monthly,quarterly, annual basis to Actuaries and the management with respect to leave and gratuity.
Help desk : To supervise help desk and ensure TAT for query handling
