- This role has responsibility of operations for Overseas business in India.
- Driving efficiencies, improving customer experience and automation.
- Support the business teams with effective solution driven approach.
- Build and maintain operating standards and practices that are responsive and adaptable to evolving business needs.
- Provide excellent level of services to internal and external customers and to implement the culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Establish standards, parameters and wider expectations for quality, accuracy and timelines of work expected.
- Client Servicing & Customer satisfaction.
- Compliance, Risk management/mitigation and adherence to system and processes.
- Support in achievement of Revenue and profitability targets of the organization
- Ensure highest level of service quality and maintaining cordial relationship with all clients across various geographies (Asia and Europe)
- Improve operation systems, processes and policies, better management reporting, information flow and management, business processes and planning
- Customer centricity and solution providing approach to ensure business continuity from existing customers
- Engaging with existing clients in order to strengthen relationship by providing value added services in proactive and proficient manner
- Regulatory Compliance and Audit.
- Reducing TATs by process automation and optimization of resources.
- Support onshore team by delivering output in line with client standards
