We have Urgent opening in one of the MNC Construction Company as Asst. Manager/Manager - Operational Excellence profile.

Location-Mumbai

Salary-Maximum 25 Lacs.

Operational Excellence Team (OPEX) Team is a apart of Corporate Strategy and Change Management Department. The team has been created to identify and facilitate the delivery of Operational Improvements at ICs, SBGs and BUs either along with external consultants or independently. Further as part of Lakshya Operational Excellence and strengthening of Project Delivery processes has been identified as crucial for profitable growth. The Opex team has been created, expanded and maintained to help various constituents deliver results through excellent operations.

Brief Job Description and other details given below :

Qualification : Engineer with MBA from reputed institute

Experience : Minimum 4 years of experience - upto 8 years in Consulting or Operations

Computer Skills : Modeling & Simulation, Excel Macros, Linear & Integer Programming & Solvers, MS Office, MS Project, Primavera

Job profile :

To manager internal consulting projects, as a team member/independent Project Lead.

To support efforts to consolidate knowledge from various Operations Improvement and Excellence, engagements at BUs, SPGs, ICs.

Areas of Exposure : Can deal with complexity both technical as well as organization and is a self-motivated. Strong analytical and structured thinking. Good communication skills. Attention to detail and professional attitude towards high quality delivery. Necessarily a team player.
