Location : ThaneAbout the Role : End-to-end management of product portfolio by driving new product development, analyzing performance of existing SKUs & a lot more - all designed to bring the best of men's care (in terms of products & experiences) to existing & new customers.

3. Periodic Customer & Market Research
Key Responsibilities :- Seamless project management for end-to-end product innovation + launch within defined timelines & commercial metrics
- Identifying customer needs through extensive Primary + Secondary Research
- Competitive benchmarking - Staying abreast of category & technical developments
- Preparing product briefs basis for R&D identified gaps in the portfolio + new opportunities
- Briefing Design Team / external agencies on product packaging design
- Conduct product training workshops for internal teams including Customer Service
- Analyzing product performance by measuring its impact / value add to business - uncovering actionable insights through data analysis
Experience & Qualification :Preferred :- 2 - 3 years of experience in NPD / Innovation
- Experience & interest within the Beauty / Personal Care / Men's Grooming sector
Mandatory :- 4 - 6 years of marketing experience
- Background in FMCG, Consumer Durables, Consumer Tech
- Comfortable with handling / analyzing data (MS Excel)
- Exceptional people skills
