Looking people with strong experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, Predictive Analytics Segmentation, Cross sell, Up Sell etc,from Banking/Credit Credit Cards domain, with a strong hand on exp in SAS for a global Bank.

Job Purpose:

The primary focus of the role is to deliver business solutions for analytics projects within the Group / Regional / Country Retail Analytics. The individual will be responsible for end to end solution development and execution, business insights, campaign optimization addressing strategic priorities of Country / Regional Level More specifically: Problem-solving - both structured and unstructured

- Quick business insights

- Drive and execute strategies with a focus on bottom-line - Track, monetize and optimize campaigns

- Drive discussion with senior stakeholders

- Periodic performance assessment of campaigns

- Create the technical and review documents for approval

- Act on behalf and/or represent the Team Leader as and when required

Responsibilities:

Be an active member of the Business Analytics CoE Provide expertise and support in developing and deploying solutions for Retail Clients Analytics. Embed models in the business strategy so that campaigns drive income as per Retail Clients Strategy and P&L targets, specifically Drive Client-centric analytics with in-depth engagement:

- Client Lifecycle Management (Acquire, Activation, Cross-Sell/Up-Sell, Retention & Win-back) Enable scientific test and learn- for direct to client campaigns

- Leads and trigger development from both segmentation and propensity models

- Pricing analytics and optimization

- Digital analytics including social media data analytics for any new methodologies

- Channel optimization

- Client wallet utilization prediction both off-us and on-us

- Client and product profitability prediction Compliance and Control

- Ensure appropriate operational procedures are in place in compliance with the Bank's strategy, branding policies and standards

- Ensure adherence of Group Retail Client Analytics Governance

Skill:

A) Functional:

- Tertiary qualifications (Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics or Economics)

- Retail Analytics Domain Experience (Retail Banking Business, Channel or Product Knowledge)

- Good Business Knowledge

- Mandatory Hands on modeling Experience

- Excellent Communication skills- Seamlessly translate analytics outcome into business strategy and vice versa

- Mandatory Analytics application usage experience - SAS

- Good Excel Knowledge - Good SQL Knowledge

- Understanding of CRM principles, analytics automation, P&L forecasting and understanding of data structure (large data handling capability)are mandatory

- Excellent PPT & Documentation Skills
