Experience: Min 4 Yrs ( Tier1/Tier2 MBA (H.R) preferred)
Responsibilities :
- Training Needs assessment through structured conversations with SBU Heads/HRRMs
- Recommending training plan/framework to SBU Heads/HRRMs basis their requirements
- Planning and formalizing training calendar for the SBU
- Evaluating vendors/consultants for conducting training programs
- Collaborating with the consultants for creation of program content / designing content independently
- Organizing training programs as per the training calendar/plan
- Evaluating L&D interventions basis the journey planned, analysis of effectiveness and reporting to management
- On-line learning content creation/delivery
- Supporting Induction, including campus hires induction process and addressing their learning requirement
- Popularizing L&D interventions through creative means and by leveraging Marketing support, for generating interest and participation
