Assistant Manager/Manager - KYC Operations - BFSI Sector

Position Title : Assistant Manager/Manager

Function : Operations

Reports to : DVP - Operations

Work Experience (highlight) :

- 4 years in financial institution with 2-3 year in KYC operations (debt)

Core Purpose of the Role :

- Verification of KYC Documents for Broking, PMS Clients, reporting at various agencies, modification in KYC, opening of group companies Banking and Demat Accounts, Loan documentation with Banks NBFC

- Responsible for verification of client KYC documents, various external checks wherever available, uploading of details / documents in timely manner at requisite places as advised by regulators from time to time.

- Maintain proper records and inventory of documents and should be easily accessible.

- Opening of new Accounts for group companies ( Bank / DP )

- KYC checking and maintain records of Broking & PMS Clients, UCC at exchange and Master creation

- ReKYC of all Bank / DP Accounts of group companies

- Bank and Demat Account opening in different banks for Group Companies

- Uploading data at KRA & CKYC

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

- Good presentation skills

- Expert in MS word, excel, PowerPoint

- Understanding of PMS Debt markets.
