AM & Manager Internal Audit (only female diversity) CA mandatory. 3+yrs ( AM ) & 5+yrs (Manager) post qualification with internal audit/ risk/management assurance exp with Fraud Risk Assessment experience)

Internal Audit

- Assist in developing risk-based annual audit plan detailing the scope, nature, and timing of audit activities.

- Conduct (and work closely with co-sourced partners) internal audits to assess the adequacy, effectiveness, and efficiency of the established internal controls and procedures.

- Identify key areas of risk within the organization and propose appropriate controls with the objective of mitigating the risks and improving financial & operational performance.

- Provide periodic updates to the head of the internal audit on the progress of the audits assigned.

- Review the accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of financial information and other disclosures provided to management.

- Hold regular update meetings with the auditees and with co-sourced partners.

- Discuss audit findings and recommendations with line managers and report significant issues to senior management.

- Work closely with the auditees to ensure appropriate action plans are provided to mitigate the risk highlighted.

Prepare audit reports and be responsible for the overall quality of the report
