Assistant Manager/Manager - Human Resources


Job Location : Bellandur

Job Roles & Responsibilities :

- Assist with the management of HR systems.

- Lead on the modification and creation of aspects of information stems, for example, changing modules within the HR software system.

- Assist in delivering systems administration and maintain and provide user support for the Human Resources Information System, Applicant tracking System and other applications.

- Maximise the utilisation of HR systems to automate standard processes

- Assist with reviewing and documenting processes undertaken within HR and making recommendations for their development.

- Be the custodian of employee data in all the systems being managed and ensure a single source of truth is maintained with 99.9% accuracy.

Employee Support :

- Analyses user requirements which may require configuration of modules (enhancements / new module launch or minor tweaks).

- Assist respective HR Partners with processes relating to modules upgrades and tweaks (own the configuration, testing and go-live to production).

- Deal with systems queries and process requests in relation to problem solving, systems configuration.

- Maintain and support users liaising with the help desk service for employee/manager self-service.

- Provide system training to HR and non-HR users.

Continuous Improvement :

- Focus on continuous improvement of system features in line with latest system upgrades keeping in mind the employee experience.

- Keep himself / herself updated about the latest evolutions in the employee systems / tools landscape.

Delegation :

- Day to day supervision of the HRIS System Assistant, including effective delegation and allocation of tasks.

- Support the HRIS Analyst in the management of the program of work and activities undertaken by the HRIS team.

Communication :

- Ensure that regular updates are sent to dependent teams ( HR, Vendor) on the progress, updates etc.

- Ensure reports are configured and regular updates are sent to relevant stakeholders.
