Manager/Asst. Manager - HR
- Create & develop HR strategy in line with the overall Vision for the Foundation
- Enable HR service delivery & resourcing in all functions & geographies through scientific manpower planning process & Organization Structuring
- Drive key employee life cycle including Training & Development, PMS, Salary Review, HR Budget, Talent Management & Succession Planning, Employee engagement, Recognition, etc.
- Develop and promote talent through diversified learning processes , capability building & career development planning
- Drive employee engagement
- Facilitate stakeholders adherence to Processes, policies, DOP & SOP in alignment with the group
- Ensure timely completion of salary, reimbursements & advances processing
- Ensure Statutory & legal compliance for HR function
- Foster an environment to build capabilities and manage a performing team for the Foundation
- Ensure communication channels to embed ethics and values in demonstrated behavior
- Nurture a sensitive, rational & transformational culture of trust, openness & learning to continuously learn, perform and excel to fullest potential
