Designation : Assistant Manager HR/ Manager HR
Reporting to : Head of Human Resources
Qualification : Graduate with MBA in HRM
Objective :
To achieve the objectives of learning and development, talent acquisition, and talent Management of the organization.
Job Profile :
- Ensure error free HRIS.
- Timely update of records and information .
- Manage the recruitment process
- Manage on boarding, induction, orientation and internship programs
- Maintain and track reports.
- Compile and analyze reports concerning personnel-related data such as headcount, attrition rate, demography, performance appraisals, reference checks, exit interviews and leave records.
- Develop learning and development initiatives / programs
- Maintain training records and budget
- Develop and maintain employee engagement initiatives
Skills & Personal Attributes :
Essential :
- Good negotiation, communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high pressure at workplace and willingness to stretch goals
- Practical Knowledge of Microsoft office Suite
- Project Management Skills
- Strong fundamental knowledge in all HR sub-functions
- Data Research, Reporting and Analytical Skills
- Good written and verbal English language skills
- Willingness to work directly on all initiatives as an individual contributor
- Positively oriented team player with good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Desired :

Salary Range: 9 - 13 lacs PA
