A leading IT MNC is looking to hire: Asst. Manager/ Manager- HR, Chennai.

- Looking at a premier full time MBA with 6+ years of experience from a reputed IT MNC, with excellent stake holder, people management skills.

- Candidate should have exp in HR with 6 + years of Line HR/HR

Business Partner experience :

- Understand business goals, long term strategic plans and day- to-day Operational issues

- To drive core HR programs such as PMS, R&R, Employee engagement and compensation planning, Learning & development

- To be custodians of policy & to drive Employee Relations

- Handle employee counseling & grievances

- Working actively on Capability building model, Retention plans and other employee centric initiatives

- To identify the needs of the employees & work towards making the environment conducive to work
