Responsibilities:
- Responsible to drive performance management and improvement initiatives
- Responsible for driving core HR processes including recruitment, employee engagement, Performance Management and retention to create a healthy work environment.
- Design and drive employee engagement programs; partner with line managers and stakeholders in the implementation of engagement initiatives
- Responsible to advise line managers on employee issues
- Drive effective communication, and engagement to ensure that the team is motivated to deliver
- Build strong connect with the team to effectively partner in building the right values based culture.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of HR generalist experience with a strong learning orientation.
- Good hands-on knowledge and appreciation of HR processes, policies.
- Good written, conversational and presentation capabilities
- Flair for engaging with people and developing relationships and ability to work in diverse team
