In this role, you will be responsible to driving compliance framework designed for HR Shared services. Ensure smooth flow of the execution in global locations. This position is responsible for accuracy & efficiency of final compliance report-out.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Leading Compliance controls related to SOX
- Leading SOX Audit requirements from Internal and External audits
- Work with functional teams to drive Segregation of duties compliance
- Deep Dive in HRSS related process to draw compliance controls
- Conduct assessments to identify gaps
- Collaborate with Process Managers andfacilitate implementing new compliance controls
- Partner with management/regions to determine appropriate remediation steps and ensure corrective action is carried out
- Partner with different functions such as HR, IT, Audit on various adhoc projects
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Graduation/PostGraduation from a Recognized University (Commerce graduate preferred)
- Relevant work exp. preferably in HR and or any other people function area
- Strong oral and written communications skills, for effective discussions with leadership & functional stakeholders across regions.
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel &PowerPoint
- Sound Knowledge of Oracle HRMS related toMSS, ESS, Exit transactions
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge/Experience in Risk, Audit or Compliance
