Responsibility :-
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Coordinating and conducting new employee orientations and onboarding processes.
Employee Relations:
- Addressing employee concerns and grievances.
- Mediating conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.
- Conducting investigations into workplace issues and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Performance Management:
- Implementing and managing performance appraisal processes.
- Providing support to managers in setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.
- Developing and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.
Training and Development:
- Identifying training needs within the organization.
- Organizing and facilitating training sessions.
- Supporting career development and succession planning initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Administering and explaining employee benefits programs.
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of the organization's compensation structure.
- Managing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
HR Policy and Compliance:
- Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Keeping abreast of changes in employment laws and advising management accordingly.
Employee Engagement:
- Developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
- Conducting surveys and assessments to measure employee satisfaction.
- Organizing team-building activities and events.
HR Administration:
- Maintaining employee records and HR databases.
- Handling HR-related paperwork, such as contracts, offer letters, and termination documents.
- Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of HR information.
Health and Safety:
- Implementing and monitoring workplace health and safety programs.
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Generating HR metrics and reports to measure key performance indicators.
- Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
