Role holder will be responsible to support deliverables through following responsibilities:
HR Operations:
- Develop, Implement, and administer policies to enhance employee performance and experience.
- Be a coach to senior members and be the guide when it comes to organizational culture.
- Maintain high degree of communication with the management team
- Plan and implement strategies around Compensation, Learning, Growth to improve employee engagement and performance.
- Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of an effective payroll management system that results in the creation of a seamless and smooth payroll execution.
- Responsible for managing the entire employee life cycle, right from onboarding, hiring, confirmation, transfer, promotion, increments, separations
- Responsible for payroll and Time office management for more than 1000 on-roll employee
- Payroll and Life cycle management in SAP-HR and related systems like success factors, ESS, Fiori etc
- Drive all required changes in existing HRMS system and integration with other enterprise systems
- Develop and manage HR Analytics and MIS framework - Automated to the extent possible
- Manage the Annual appraisal and compensation revision cycle
- Ensure complete accuracy in employee master data at all times
- Must be proactive identifying the gaps, liaising with corporate as well as the regional operations and HR teams in ensuring timely execution of various HR policies and program
- All HR records and Returns are maintained regularly and timely within expected time frame
- Person should have excellent team management and interpersonal skills
- Should have worked as the SPOC of a multi-locational business
- Ability to work on large amount of data and Data Analysis
Project Management:
- Contributing to design, implementation and management of programs to analyze evaluation feedback and implement changes/revisions to ensure people development activities are focused on business needs, corporate objectives
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Extensive experience in broad range of human resource domains including compensation, payroll and acquisition.
- Ability to re-write and cross question to redefine the practices
- Proven pro-active hands-on approach. Attention for detail
- Strong analytical skills with ability to strategically solve problem
- Track record of having worked on building extraordinary culture
- Prior work experience in consulting or BFSI sector is preferred
- Excellent analytical, abstract reasoning and organizational skills.
- Great communicator, listener and collaborator
Education and Experience:
- 3-5 years of HR experience including payroll management and people operations
- PG degree in human resources or related field.
- Experience in executing, designing and supporting organization-wide payroll management programs that cover all aspects of payroll execution and updations post events like appraisal and promotion.
- Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various employment reports.
