About the Role HR Analytics - Asst. Manager / Manager
This role reports to the Group Head of Human Resources
Job description
1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Gather, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide meaningful insights and trends.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports for management review.
- Generate ad-hoc reports as requested by senior management.
2. HR Systems Management:
- Oversee the administration and optimization of HR Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Collaborate with IT to ensure data accuracy, system updates, and integration with other business systems.
3. Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement within HR through data analysis.
- Propose and implement enhancements to streamline HR processes and increase efficiency.
4. Data Integrity and Compliance:
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in HR systems.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with data protection regulations.
5. Forecasting and Planning:
- Assist in the development of workforce planning models based on historical data and future trends.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to align analytics with strategic workforce planning.
6. Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to HR team members on data-related tools and systems.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HR analytics best practices.

Role Requirement
(Qualification & Experience)
- Any bachelor's degree and/or relevant certification and degree in Human Resources.
- Prior experience of 3-5 Years in HR analytics/MIS role is preferred.
- Good project management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Good Analytical skills with strong foundation in MS Office. Advance knowledge of excel is a must. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative to make decisions when required.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills, team-work and organizational skills, as well as presentation and facilitation skills
