Hiring: Assistant Manager/Manager- HR :
- We are looking for a middle level HR + ADMIN person to be located at SOHA, OMAN for a reputed Infrastructure client.
Candidate (Male Candidates only) should have preferably 8 to 10 years of HR & ADMN and liaising experience.
- Support towards managing entire HR functions;
- Responsible for in house recruitment of as per business needs
- Performance Management System
- HRIS (Database)
- Employee Communication and grievance handling
- Understanding all the processes of the company
- Day to day activities towards the departments objective.
- Frame new policies.
- Supervision of Administration Staff and government liasoniong
- Travel, ticketing, event management
- Mailroom Management
- Vendor management
- Printing and Stationary
- Management of Annual Maintenance Contracts
- Management / Maintenance
- Compile the daily & weekly reports
- Candidates who have worked in OMAN would be preferred.
- Good communication skills preferred.
- The requirement is very urgent and we would like the candidate to join us in the next 10 to 15 days.
- Base location is Chennai, Indian Salary will be paid
- At SOHAR OMAN, per Diem allowance, accommodation, food and transportation will be taken care by the company.
