Fund Accounting-Big 4-AM & Manager

BNC is hiring for Big 4 for fund accounting role at AM and Manager level for Bangalore location

1. Assist clients with respect to technical accounting advisory, GAAP convergence, Financial Reporting Process Advisory, Fund accounting, Capital Market readiness.

2. Provide technical as well as financial reporting process assistance in relation to conversion from local GAAP to US GAAP/IFRS/ Ind AS

3. Practical knowledge of finance function and financial reporting compliance from a regulatory perspective

4. Hands-on experience of working on Fund Accounting, reconciliations and reporting for investment funds across strategies

5. Familiarity with Companies Act, SEBI and related regulatory requirements

6. Experience of conducting trainings covering accounting standards/ Companies Act

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Qualified CA with 3-10 years of experience

2. Working knowledge and exposure to MS Office, ERP systems like Oracle, SAP and Tally
