Assistant Manager/Manager - Financial Due Diligence - Indian Practice - KPO

Job Title & Location : Assistant Manager/ Manager- Financial Due Diligence - Gurgaon

Role: Financial due diligence for Indian practice

KRA:

- Working in our multi-disciplined teams, you will apply your talents to a wide variety of complex, demanding and high profile transactions from acquisitions and mergers to flotation's and buy-outs. 

Your responsibilities will include:

- Identification of key issues and carrying out the relevant financial analysis.

- Assess data accuracy and reasonableness and follow-up directly with clients and third-parties appropriately to achieve necessary understanding and to resolve anomalies

- Establishing credibility with clients/targets as a representative

- To actively participate in compiling proposals/business development activities

- To contribute to the effective working of the team and development of team morale

- Ensure that risk documentation are completed for all jobs on a timely basis as per the applicable technical/risk management policies

- To contribute to practice development initiative, if possible - sales, people, thought leadership, solution development etc

- Professionals would do FDD for Acquisition diligence PEs, VC funds, Corporates etc.

- Person has to manage P&L & team chargeability.

Scope of Work

- Business Development Support - which would involved pitch documents.

- Executive and supervise assignments.

- End to end project & people management.

- International & domestic Audit Methodology.

- Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives.

Desired Experience:-

- CA with min. 3+ years of experiences in BIG10 India Practice.

- Strong exposure to Financial Due Diligence

- Understands the due diligence process and has experience in Financial analysis.

- Excellent communication skills.
