About our Client: Our client is a leading player in the venture capitalist space. With a strong foothold in India, they are looking to add an Assistant Manager / Manager - Finance, based out of their Bangalore office.

Job Description: Reporting to the Finance Controller, your key responsibilities will include:

- Preparation of financial statements (controllership) for various entities

- Handling the MI reporting for the entities - budgeting, costing, variance analysis

- Looking into compliance and taxation matters

The Successful Candidate:

- You will be a CA with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience.

- The incumbent needs to have hands-on experience as well as strong team handling and people management skills. The ability to take initiative and work proactively is also a must.
