Assistant Manager/Manager - FATCA CRS - Bank

ROLE:

Our client, a leading global bank is looking for an Assistant Manager/Manager FATCA CRS in Mumbai for their Tax Reporting team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. The prospective candidate will act as a tax reporting specialist who will execute the FATCA and CRS advisory

2. Review, validate and process W-8 and W-9 tax forms and related documentation according to IRS Chapter 3, chapter 61, Section 3406 and FATCA regulations

3. Validation of tax forms for CRS and FATCA and operations covering 1042s, 1099, FATCA, CRS reporting

4. Manage day to day activity including planning, monitoring, execution of the activities performed by team members

5. Support audits with IRS and Internal Audit (IA)

6. Participate in SOX controls

7. Required to perform reviews of written tax policy and procedures, research and respond to inquiries

The ideal candidate should have 3 to 15 years of work experience with relevant experience related to FATCA and CRS
