Job Purpose :
- The role would be from Hiring to On-boarding hand-holing expertise
- Manage Infortant Mortality for 90 Day's from On-boarding
- Would be responsible for Joining formalities, Induction, HR Branding, Networking, Social Media branding.
- Manage External and Internal clients with Strong communication skills and independently handling HR Employee Experience
- Experience from IT background essential. Candidates preferably from Chennai and who can join immediately would be preferred.
- Strong Communication Skills, HR Analytics, HR Dash Board, MS Office and Presesentation skills are a must.
Manage:
- External Agencies, Campus, Social Media etc
- Internal Clients/ Functional Heads handling
- Internal communication & Corporate communication
Pre Recruitment :
- Identify a suitable candidate for the open position
- Create a tracking system and build a resume bank for various positions
- Hiring resources through advised recruitment processes and procedures
- Manage careers page in global adjustments website etc
