Role: Assistant Manager/Manager- E-commerce Sales
Duration: Full-time
Location: Gurgaon
Experience Required: 2-5 Years
Core Responsibilities:
- In conjunction with the Exam category owners, develop, implement and manage E-Commerce sales channels and strategies for onlinetyari.com
- Develop and implement online & offline sales strategy to achieve sales targets
- Liaise with all internal/ external stakeholders regularly to ensure all online & Offline campaign/channel activity initiatives are properly identified, communicated, planned, executed and measured
- Extensive consumer research to understand the levers for driving visits and revenues
- Continuously monitor competitor activity and review the strategy to ensure the value proposition
- Development of market specific strategy to increase direct online sales, include management of eBase, e-mail communication, social media channel, Offline initiatives, viral activities etc.
- Identify and management of business development relationships to increase online sales.
Develop and manage online Commercial Relationships within the Affiliate marketing program.
Leverage the relationships to develop and implement activity to increase online conversions.
- Development of the annual Sales and Marketing Plan for the all categories, as well as alignment of offline and online activities for the OnlineTyari in the local markets along with partners
- Development of a monthly feedback report for reporting manager. Share knowledge and experience gained in local market across the network.
Desired Profile:
- Understanding of the internet, e-commerce, online sales and marketing knowledge would be essential.
- Graduate/MBA with a minimum 2 year's experience in the e-commerce industry in category or marketing domain
- Strong understanding of brand building and its impact on business
- Deep consumer orientation and ability to convert consumer insight speak to business relevant actionable insights
- Ability to put together a comprehensive go to market plan across marketing channels
- Exposure to market research and media planning models
- Strong communication and influencing skills
